"notes_am": "He said he stepped on the white scale and got the same reading as the black scale. Flag: the reading didn't land in the app. I tried it myself and it did. So I asked him \"did you stand on it until it blinks?\", and he said he didn't. Note: blinking weight on the white scale means it's sync'd the weight. No blink=no sync. We went back in and tried it at 9:52am, but we can't use that measurement since it wasn't in tandem.\n\nAlso note: When he hand writes the reading from the black scale, he only records the part before the decimal. So, a 155.8 is written by him as 155, not rounded. Need to keep that in mind for the changeover because we will be recording more accurately from the white scale.\n\nReports a little bit of ear pain in the night / OK now.",

I had him show me what he's doing, and he's VERY unstable when standing on it. I'm repositioning it so that he can hold onto the shower handle for stability. No stability = no reading at all.
